When we design our Tahitian V1's, we
start with the initial concept of a canoe,
which will surpass other V1 Tahitian
canoes in every aspect:
- Better Lines
- more buoyancy
- stiffer hull and deck
- higher grade raw materials
- quality finishing touches
Our canoes are meticulously crafted with
at least three passes of gelcoat with
always at least two people laying and
glassing the laminates. Each meter of
carbon fiber in the mould is carefully
rolled and checked for conformity for a
stiffer result without compromising
weight.
We spend more time on the finishing
touches because we strongly believe
that it gives the edge over other Tahitian
V1's made elsewhere.
